Don’t you wish that you had absolutely no stress in your life?  Well, actually it may not be such a good thing. As long as we feel we have some control over a situation, stress can be beneficial, helping us to get things done and achieve our dreams. It’s the bad stress that doesn’t let up and gnaws away at us that is unhealthy.  So while we can’t entirely stress-proof our days (not would we want to) we can keep stress in it’s place says Psychology Today.
One way is to keep our goals attainable.  When the goals we set are too big and the time frame too short, we get stressed. So write down just what you want to achieve that week or day. You’ll feel better knowing you were able to accomplish something. Make sure you get enough sleep; sleep deprivation causes stress hormones to soar. Finally think about taking up mediation to help regulate your emotions and dampen your stress.
